SYNOPSIS

All of us know how to manage successfully with our qualifications, but only some of us grow to become successful leaders. My conviction is that only few can proudly say that they also lived successfully.
 
The central message of this book is:
If you manage better, you will be able to live better and get an opportunity to lead. If you lead better, you will help others manage better. They will in turn lead a better life and get an opportunity to lead. Thus, it is an upward spiral contributing to the country’s growth through continual managing, living and leading across generations.
 

This book will not just inspire you on how to nurture and develop managerial and leadership abilities but will also signify how important it is to cement these skills with life skills.
